Mostly any kind of program-- black programs, white programs, cartoons-- that contain profanity, sex, or anything else not suitable for children to watch should be aired late at night after the children have gone to bed. Some shows are for adults only!

thats a good answer!! its true its always on late even in the uk they do the sum think e.g. the show liltte miss jocelyn is on at 10:30 but the have other shows which show a high amount of violent and swearing like movies that start at 8pm

Haven't you ever heard of black people time?.......................... Sorry that was in poor taste. I know what you mean about the late times though. Maybe they don't want white people to see how much better some of those shows are so they play them when we're all asleep.

I am assuming you mean programs with black people in them. On DISH satellite they are on all the times.

to fill up programming time that is either inappropriate for most of us or because the programs are so bad thats the only time available, with the paid and infomercials.

IT IS NOT THE TYPE OF SHOW IT IS MORE THE POPULARITY OF THAT PROGRAM AND SOMETIMES IF THEY HAVE SPACE YOU HAVE TO REALLY PAY BIG BUCKS FOR THE GOOD PRIME TIME SPOTS

I don't know what you mean by black programmes but maybe because they have a minority appeal?
