If your a party gurl and your parents dont care what u do then throw a big party!!! If not then just go have fun with friends go to the movies or to a dance or something you like to do and ur parents dont let u do just use the excuse that its ur birthday!!! But for advice do something big ur becoming a teenager!!! For mine my friends throw me a crazy party!

well, if youve got some money, try a paintball party, it's loads of fun, ESPECIALLY if you know everyone yur playing with.

if yur goin cheaper, maybe try a pool party, with some drinks, chips, barbecue, and 90's music, If you don't have a pool, find a friend or family member that does, and see if they want to help out.

I'd say sleepover as well. . but you don't say if you're a boy or a girl. . they typically have different sleepovers. .

my buddy Corey next door, when he turned 13, he had three of his close friends over and they had a sleepover, played video games and we went to the gym late at night to play a few games of basketball, etc. . (this is an idea if you're a boy). .

if you're a girl. . I dunno. . what do girls like to do?. . talk about clothes and boys?. . same kinda thing. . sleepover. .

Have a pizza party at a nearby hotel with a pool.. no clean up for your parents... and all night goofing off and having fun
