have you changed other parts of your diet, if you are used to drinking a certain amount of caffeine and suddenly stop, it will give you headaches

also if you are pre-diabetic, it could be from low blood sugar since you are eating different now

Hoodia is an unregulated supplement, and as such has undergone little rigourous tests to gauge whether it is safe, or whether it even works! Since it isn't regulated, the so-called "Active ingredients" might even differ in concentration from batch to batch. This is rather critical. Think about aspirin; In too small a dose, it will do absolutely nothing. In the right dose it will cure a pain. In too high a dose, it will kill you.

It is reasonable to assume the same is true of many, many active compounds.

Stop taking the hoodia for a few weeks (you can always go back if you wish to waste more money), and if the migraines go away, it's a good bet it was the problem!

P.S. The Federal Trade Commission has logged numerous complaints of consumer fraud associated with Hoodia and the number is expected to continue to rise

Hi fellow migraine sufferer. Please don't ever take any meds (OTC or prescription) that work on the brain without consulting a doctor. It is likely that you are getting a reaction if it is true hoodia. Migraineurs suffer from any change in meds, food, light, smells, you know all that. Good luck to you and I hope you get relief soon!

you are most probably not taking genuine hoodia. I would stop taking them immediately.
