Whichever vitamin the sunlight gives, could make a difference to liver function. I think it's summer because it's hot in the summer, and the polluted air doen't rise as quickly as it doesn in the winter and when you inhale it, then it goes into your bloodstream and blocks the liver from absorbing it because it settles in your liver, but it clears up once winter comes around.
