Chick flick all the way. I LOVE IT!!! It is so beautiful. I literally bawled my eyes out at the movie theater watching it! When I bought the DVD i had no idea that I would once again bawl like a baby. The story of Allie and Noah will be my favorite always. Nothing is greater than a love story. In my eyes, this is a tearjerkin heartstring pullin story of true and never fading love.

I read the book first. The movie was good and a tear jerker for sure!!!! The only thing that could have made it better was to have had Hume Cronyn & Jessica Tandy play the couple.

It's my favorite chick flick ever! And for that matter, one of the only romantic movies that every guy I know that saw it enjoyed as well. Very good film.

my teacher said that its not a chick flick. i had to watch it in school for romance movies. but by the time the movie ended, i totally disagreed. anyways, i thought it was totally romantic and sad. at least they died together. i was soo confused for the first hour. but then we it showed them in the hospital and the kids came to visit, i started to get the hint. it was one of the best movies i have ever seen. i laughed, and cryed for this movie.

I thought it had weak dialog, but the chemistry between Ryan Gosling and Rachael McAdams was on point. It's a forgivable movie, and it did make me cry.

It is a chick flick, but I found it surprisingly good, considering I had reservations about the cast.....not who I expected to turn in a performance that I would enjoy.

I love that movie, it is so sad, how she forgets and it is so sweet that her husband loves her that much to keep reading her their story to get her to remember. When I first seen it at the theater at the end everyone was crying.

I loved it! It was kinda draggy and boring at the beginning but, wow, as it went along it got better and better.

i loved it!! whats even better is the fact that rachel mcadams and ryan gosling date in real life!! sooo cute!
