I am 17 and my girlfriend is 20, I asked my mom if she could sleep over sometime and she said not unless its for a reason. What can I say to her that will make her say yes? Thank you!

Dont ask if you can sleep in your bedroom. Ask if you can watch movies all night on the couch
and take it from there

tell your Mom that she wants to come and watch a movie then when it gets to late say would it be ok if she slept on the couch. Or just say Mom my girl is spending the night and thats it she will either let you or not.

properly... even in spite of the reality that my mum helps my sisters boyfriend to sleep in HER room, I nevertheless pretend that my female friend is my pal because of how awkward it would want to be if she knew. Do you've yet another room that your female friend might want to sleep in? might want to both of you sleep on the settee/settee/settee ingredient? "She slept over before, so why does some weeks make any massive difference?!" Lie and say "i'll *wait*" then basically take position the radio and get to it!! tell your mum that she will be in a position to trust you. Be actual. Shout "B*TCH, i'm criminal!!!"

you could tell her that you will be drinking and won't have rides so you will be able to spend the night together. or you could have your mom meet your gf and let her see how wonderful your gf is.
