I was once interested in being a member of PETA and gotten information for it. I think you need to pay a donation fee to become a member. It's not a hoax. I do believe in animals rights and for no animal testing products. But sometimes they go too far on how they protest and demostrate for fake furs or other products. I'm not a member as of late. They still exist and don't believe they exist to write. Try emailing them instead of a letter.
