when would be your first ultrasound if you only 3 months?

if im only 3 months when would i have an ultrasound and does the doctor gives me a picture of it or no im new at this so i want to know

and about to be 4 on the 24

usually you get 1 before 3 months. so, ask your doctor. They usually give pictures, yes. You'll also hear the heartbeat. good luck.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and had one monthly ever since than. You are 15 weeks right? well this is a really good time to have your first ultrasound and if you can afford it go as often a possible, its the best thing too see your baby and yes they give you pictures every time, I have an album full -lol-good luck and enjoy your ultrasound

An ultrasound is usually preformed around the 16-20 week mark. Depending on teh insurance and even doctor or technician you may get a picture but not always. Some techs don't allow you to keep a picture. It al depends on the policies in place for the u/s tech.

My doctor gave me an ultrasound in my 4th month as close as possible to the 5th month. They tend to like to do them during that time more so then not unless you got money to get an early ultrasound because by the 5th month theres a good chance they can tell what the gender of the baby will be. And it is big enough to see working parts (body parts) of the baby etc. It is more defined as a human being by then.

i had an ultra sound at 14weeks just to verify that everything was ok with the baby and then another at 22 weeks to determine the sex of the baby. Then another at 35 weeks to moniter babys weight gain. after 35 weeks i had one weekly cause i had a large baby (9lbs 1oz)and they wanted to make sure that she didnt get too big! I think different obgyns have different policys on this. Yes you will recieve a picture if you ask for it. i have all my ultrasound pictures pasted in my daughters baby album. if you had a doctor they wouldve gave you an ultrasound on you and they would give you a picture i would ask your doctor this ? we cant tell you when your doctor is going to give you an ultrasound
