Not to sound sarcastic, but if you just scroll through the questions already posted in "Computers & Internet", you should be able to see what people care about. You'll also get a feel for which questions appear over and over.

How do I add a new HP laptop computer to an existing XP home network?
I have a new HP laptop running XP. I have two desktops running XP that are currently networked via a LinksysG (model WRT54GS v4). The network is encrypted with WEP. I have been able to add the laptop to the network and access the internet but I am having trouble accessing the shared printers and files on the desktops from the laptop. I can see the laptop from the other computers when I view the workgroup, but I can't see the other computers when I view the workgroup from the laptop. When I have tried to add a shared printer I get a message that I may not have permission....contact the administrator). I have stepped through the help files several times with no success. PLEASE HELP!
I have this question currently posted and have recieved a couple of answers but I had already tried everything suggested. Any help would be appreciated. Where is your column published?
