It tells me my default something or other is not installed correctly. What do I do to fix this probem? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Like on a website and it tells you "contact us" it wont let me contact that person. It does it on all people and sites.

Like other said you need to set-up default email

Because your default e-mail program is not set up properly, go to tools-internet options then on the "programs" tab what does it say for the "e-mail" section? If this is blank then this is the problem.
Update your question when you've done this and I'll tell you where to go from there.
