They may very well have. I'd guess that if they didn't it would be because of the dinosaurs weight. The adult might very well crush the eggs. Most reptiles bury their eggs in the sand, while birds sit on theirs. You'd have to figure out if dinosaurs were more bird like or reptile like

Their closest living relatives,alligators,don't sit on their eggs, They bury them so it is assumed that dinosaurs did the same.
