Ok now i tried the rubbing alchohol (I happened to have that right now0 and it did work BUT i had i on my face for like 2 minutes when out of nowhere my face statred stinging like crazy and my face turned bright red.
its ok i'm the one who decided to do it AND when i threw water on my face etc. it went away. So that solves nothing.
I found the other thing i use.
its Mary Kay Blemish control toner formula 3. That may NOT be helping because its blemish control.
Its like i hacve to get a suction to suck out all the excess grease l0l i press down on my face and its there again

Witch hazel.
Or buy a cheap mens aftershave and put it on each night when you go to bed, should dry things up fairly quickly (and that's not a wind up, it's what I used ---- then again I am a bloke)

There isn't a product that will work all day when your pores are overproducing oil. You may be overdrying your skin depending on what you are using to wash it, so that it is producing extra oil to keep it moisturized/hydrated.
It sounds like you have oily skin; most probably in your T-zone. A simple neutral face powder should help. You can also try the new blotting wipes that do not smear the make-up.
The best things you can do for a nice complextion are: eat right (avoid the oily foods; i.e. anything deep fat fried or containing chocolate), get your rest (your body replaces what your environment takes away from it at night in your deep sleep), and wash your face morning and night. My mother taught me these things and I hardly ever had any acne. At forty-five, people still tell me I have beautiful skin.
Washing the face: Use a washcloth. First rinse your face with hot water (only to what you can stand...not burning hot) to open your pores. Then wash with soap, nothing any harsher than Dial. Rinse the soap off with hot water. Rinse again with cold water, several times to reclose the pores. Pat dry.
You'll want a non-oily moisturizer. Do not overdry the skin as it only makes it produce more oil. If you can afford it, the Clinique counter is excellent for skin care. If you have a very limited budget, Dove soap or Noxema work well.
Use standard baby oil and a cotton ball to remove eye makeup first. Never sleep in your make-up.

Wash twice a day (morning and night) with a specific face wash for oily skin. Follow up with a cotton pad soaked in gentle toner (NOT astringent since it'll irritate sebaceous glands in your face and cause them to overreact) like rosewater.
While applying makeup, first an oil absorbing, mattifier (like Peter Thomas Roth Mattifying Gel); only apply lotion if and when needed and a very light one at that (e.g. Dr Hauschka Normalizing Day Oil, Clean and Clear) use oil free makeup, and if it's formulated specially for oily skin, much better since it'll help control the oil. Use a translucent, loose powder all over face to absorb oil (like Philosophy's The Present powder). Also, remember that powder formulas for cheeks and eye color are much better for your skin type than creams or gels.
During the day blot your face with blotting sheets (like Clean and Clear, Olay or Boscia...there are a lot out there). They absorb all the oil off your face WITHOUT messing up your makeup.
For skincare, exfoliate twice a week (no more, cause you'll make sebaceous glands overreact) and apply a cleansing mask (mud masks are best for oil control) once a week. Avoid steam facials since they'll also exacerbate oil glands.

Mary Kay also has a product called an Oil Mattifier that controls oil in specific spots. Then there are the Beauty Blotters that you can use throughout the day. They are little disposable clothes that dry up the oily areas.

I wouldn't recommend using any type of astringent like witch hazel or alcohol as these products tend to over dry your skin and your skin will over produce oil as a reaction to the drying agents.
If you're not currently using a moisturizer you probably should. Like astringents, not moisturizing can cause your skin to over compensate by producing excess oil. Just make sure you get an oil-free moisturizer for your skin type.
You can try blotting papers or a moisturizer with an oil mattifier in it--like a shine control gel.
