Obviously I would marry someone whom I love with a great personality. Money is just a bonus and can be earned by your own efforts alone, but if u are marrying someone just for the money then u have NO CLUE what marriage is all about.

Some one with a great personality would be far more better than those with money. The money can be earned later on.

I would prefer a good personality AND money. But would rather have the personality than the money. Sleeping with money gets harsh after a while.

Great personality with some motivation to be happy, the willingness to care for others, strength, leadership and wisdom to compromise when necessary.
Money can be made. A person can't make up for qualities they lack.

Money is not the reason I would marry anybody. I choose to marry one for love and respect. Although if they have money, then there is nothing wrong if the love and respect is reason why.
