Yeah, the Pittsburgh Steelers are from Pittsburgh. Who would have guessed it?

And where were the Bengals during the Super Bowl last year?

Well, I am going to assume that the Pittsburgh Steelers have a stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. But that is ONLY an assumption.

Pittsburgh, Heinz Field home of the Steelers.

Yeah...it's in Pittsburgh. It's not that dumb a question because not all teams are named for the cities they are in. And their stadiums are in different places.

New England Patriots play in Foxborough Massachusetts; New York Giants play in New Jersey.
Don't feel stupid. It's an honest mistake.

Pittsburgh, just north of Point State Park and the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers, forming the Ohio River.

It's in Pittsburgh. Don't take offense to the ones who think this question is dumb. For example, the Dallas Cowboys' stadium is in Irving, TX, not Dallas.
