My last question seemed to make some people mad but I was trying to be honest about my girlfriend, as a boyfriend who is concerned for her health I feel it is my duty to be straightfoward with her, in any relationship trust is a must in my opinion.

They will tell you that they want you to be honest. Trust me it's a test. You are right that it is your duty to be honest, but you must also be tactful. Here's an example. If she say's my butt is flat, you say, Yeah, but at least it's wide. Now, if you can get away with that one, MARRY HER!!!
