What is your favorite word to say? Currently, my favorite word is lamdoid...it's one of the sutures in your skull....I learned about it in anatomy class. What's your favorite word? No profanity, please!

Suboesophageal suits the bill, but without kidding you my favourite word at the moment is Mancunian. I don't think anyone without English as a first language grasps its meaning easily, as the town it refers to might start with Manc but goes on quite differently. And it makes me wonder if people from Chester are called Unians!

I'm taking a German class right now so I like to use the new phrases I've learned. I've been saying funfzehn a lot which means fifteen. Before that I would say schlecter Abend which means bad night as in "i had a schlecter Abend last night, i only got four hours of sleep."
