It's the cycle of life, like saying that "after the storm it's always peaceful" but you don't have to look at it in such a negative way, since it's all a cycle instead of looking at it with sorrow after laughter look at it with THAT laughter (the one you're talking about) coming after some sort of sorrow before it. Life has many ups and downs but in the end they all balance each other which is how peace is achieved, without one we wouldn't have the other, therefore we need both for there to be life. This idea pretty much applies to everything in life and its opposite, ex water and fire, light and dark, cold and hot etc...

What goes up must come down; and vice versa. After sorrow comes laughter!

The key is to keep a balanced approach in both because both will pass sooner or later. Do not get too laugh too much when you're happy, don't try too much when sad, otherwise it will be difficult to 'digest' either one.

Without sorrow we wouldn't know laughter.

To laugh or to cry is for you and only you to choose. For every moment you spend sad or depressed is a moment lost not being happy and content. Whenever you feel sad or depressed, counteract it immediately before it sinks in; recall a funny joke you once heard, or the funniest scene of your favorite movie. For success cannot be possible without happiness.

♥♫♦ Because everything and everybody has and needs a balance. Just like what goes around comes around, because what ever you trow into the universe has to come back to you. I hope that I have helped you.♥♫♦

It is the swing of life... with all good comes the bad. It happens to me all the time, and if there weren't bad days to compare the good ones to, wouldn't life just be off?
