Oh, sorry bout that. I'm just too quick sometimes.
Write the numbers down first, then start crossing em out.
Since it's <30, you have 1-29.
Then you get rid of even numbers.
BUT, the clincher is the units digit being 2 larger than the tens. Only two of those numbers in what you have, and one of them is even.

So altogether, we're looking for a prime number less than 30 with a unit digit 2 more than the tens digit (implies greater than ten). Is that right?
The primes less than 30 and greater than ten are: 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29.
Of these choices, the only number where the units is 2 greater than the tens digit is 13.
I hope this helps!

Well, first off, you know that it is less than 30, but more than 0, and has no decimal. Next, you know it is prime. So that leaves, 1,2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,27. And you know that it has a tens digit. So that is 11,13,17,19,23,27. Now, the units digit is 2 more than tens, and that can only be 13 because 3 is 2 more than 1.
