Ok the spelling is not perfect, they are supposed to be two words but for some reason they are joined.
It is not a very nice word, actually it is a swear word that will not make any sense in english but if you still want to know then it literally means "your mother's vagina"

its a very rude word meaning you'r mama's p***y . and first of all there is no such language as egyptian . there is arabic which is spoken in egypt

The first website I found says it means "as poison".
The second one says "As your poison."
