Unfortunately your mind can think one thing (YOU NEED TO LET GO) but the truth is your heart is saying something else. It is never easy to get over someone you love and even harder when the break up was hard. I would suggest you remember the good things, keep the good memories with you and then realize how much happiness you deserve and desire. Keep an open heart and mind and you never when the real Ms. Right may dance her way right into your life. Good Luck, love hurts, but not to have love is worse.

The real issue is that you don't love yourself. If you did, you would never allow a woman to get away with that. You would have learned your lesson the first time and stayed far far away from that woman. Actions speak waaaayy louder than words man. You just weren't listening this time. Get over her and yourself. It's not like you can't find another woman. I mean come on, you went to jail all behind this broad being stank. If that didn't wake you up, I don't know what will!!! Good luck.

If you didn't have a child with her, it would be far easier. But since you two share a kid, you need to be business-like with this woman. During calls concerning your daughter, keep it concerning nothing BUT your daughter. As soon as the conversation goes off onto something else, hang up. Forget about this woman! Do you honestly want someone who doesn't want you? Don't see her unless its necessary. Don't speak to her unless its concerning your kid. Forget the past. Its dead, dust, deceased, gone! Stay busy and get involved with something that you are interested in and can meet NEW people. Like a class or play music or do acting, restore a classic car, whatever you like, do it! Move on. Let go. Don't sit and dwell. And don't go after men who your ex is involved with! Doesn't matter who she is with, its none of your business as long as they don't hurt your kid! See your EX as nothing more than your kids mother. Period. Nothing more, nothing less.

Wow! you are in a pickle.Try to find something constructive to do . Take a few deep breaths and tell your self you are not going to think about her.So you made a mistake and got arrested. Keep your self in the postion where this won't happen again. Maybe change some of your habits or routines.Find some new activities. Good luck.

Just forget about her. I mean forget about her in the sense you'd forget about someone who died a very long time ago and didn't matter to you at all. It doesn't matter that she's alive, or that she meant something to you. You just have to kill any plesant memory you have of her. As for you daugheter, she'll grow up into a fine girl some day, and it will be through no fault of your own or your exes. You have to move on and live your life and let her lead her own. Under no circumstances try to see her again.
Good luck in finding yourself a good woman. Your ex was not a good woman, just for the record.

It sounds to me like you are still hanging on waiting for her and it is pretty apparent she doesn't want you or else she would stay with you and try because of your daughter. But she is the type of girl who isn't satisfied with a staying with one man. And my best advice is to let her go before you are in really trouble. She isn't worth going to jail over and you need to think of your daughter, she needs someone to count on and support her and it is appear ant it is not her mother so she needs YOU. Don't waste your life waiting for her there are lots of other girls out there and I am sure someday you will find someone who really will love you. You are young go enjoy yourself. Good luck!

Keep the faith-----not about her------but about finding someone else, someone who is a better fit for you. It takes time, sometimes a lot of time to get over someone. It didn't work out, so instead of wasting any more energy and emotion on thinking about her, move on. Just take it one day at a time. It will get better. Pray to the Lord for comfort. God bless.

You have a child with her so you have to be respectful to her. However, you don't want to be with her... he has no respect for you or herself... you deserve to be respected and she is not giving you that respect. She will always be a part of your life because of your child but that should be the only link between the two of you. Please be the best roll model you can be to your child. You don't want your child growing up and behaving the same way you and your child's mother are behaving. Don't teach your child that it's ok to attack another person. Teach your child how to love and respect others.

Don't be stuck on stupid.. find someone else without the drama. She is obviously showing you /you can be replaced.. And you don't want to do anything in anger that jeopardizes your freedom.. Walk..no run. Dont worry.. you will find more out there.
