I think you have to pull it back to put it on

The answer is NO, you shouldn't try to retract your foreskin AFTER you have applied a condom.

If you can comfortably retract, the way to put a condom on is to retract your foreskin as far as you comfortably can, then while holding the reservoir tip closed roll the condom onto your glans and over your skin down toward the base. Then roll your foreskin back up over the glans and roll the condom onto the rest of your skin tube toward the base. (This is why normal size condoms are like a foot long). The condom will roll and glide over the glans during intimacy right along with your natural skin tube.

If retraction is uncomfortable for you, you have a choice. You can wear a condom like a circumcised man would. Leave your skin over your glans. OR you can stretch your foreskin gradually for several months until you can comfortably retract. See a doctor WHO HAS A FORESKIN if you'd like help with this (and see link). Sometimes steroidal cremes help the skin to loosen.

Most of the time when a male gets hard the foreskin goes back on it own so it looks uncircumsized. You would just put on the condom. If you are not fully hard, then you would pull the foreskin back and put on the condom

Retract the foreskin. The condom is more likely to break if you leave the foreskin forward. Also, i don't imagine it would feel as good.

I'm a female, but my guy isn't cut, you retract the foreskin, for your comfort, you might want to try using a little bit of lube on your penis before you put your condom on. For added stimulation, you can use KY warming sensations personal lubricant. Stay safe, and enjoy!!

Retract it, of course... the foreskin is there to protect the prepuce (the "head") from chaffing as you walk and run, really. If you don't retract it, you won't feel anything!

You retract the skin, put it over your head, making sure there is room for your semen but no air in it, then roll it down to the base of your penis.

grab the nipple at the tip of the condom and the tip of your forskin when you are fully aroused and place the nipple (tip of condom) over onto your raise tip of your forskin and then grasp both tips together and slowly roll the condom down over the shaft until you reach the pubic area (make sure you do not unroll the condom until you are ready to apply to your penis

You should ask you partner to do it for you. If you are alone, play around with it and see what works best.
