The reason why this concerns me is that I'm still not married (no kids, etc.) and when the right lady comes around, I don't want to be an underperformer.. is there a natural supplement (no, no prescription drugs..) or food you recommend for feeling vigorous again?

yeah David C has it right.

when you first get married you might not be able to do the deed at first. this might scare both you and your wife. but as you try and try you penis will get erect. it may take some time and the erections may not be great quality at first.

but dont worry about it right now. first get married with an understandig woman and all will fall into plance.

if you still have problems see a psychologist you may have some some worries that you are not aware of.

and yes, it is normal to have erections for no reasons well into your mid 30's then that goes away. but when you are with a woman it will work.

the only way it wont work is if you injured it or if you have some health problem like high blood pressure or diabetes. see a doctor now if you think you need to.

if you cant even get it up for masterbation then really see a psycologist they can deprogram whatever inculcation or teaching you may be responding to that keeps you from perfoming or even getting an erection.

hope all goes well.

Be glad of it! I can remember getting hard in class for no reason, or in the back of a bus, or at the traffic lights.. It was not very comfortable. But I don't have that problem anymore, which is helpful around the office and when I'm off for pub lunches through crowds of college girls.

As long as you get an erection when you are actually stimulated, you have nothing to worry about. Not being oversexed is acceptable these days.

Just take a daily vitamin, eat proper, balanced and nutritional meals (stay the hell away from fatty, greasy food and junk food fro fast food joints) and exercise. Start at home with calisthenics and also with weights (first get a medical exam, make sure you're medically fit to exercise) but join a gym and work out with a licensed trainer who will show you how to warm up and stretch and work out with weights to avoid injuries. Guess what? More muscle, more testosterone and more erections and stiffer ones, too! You think I'm kidding? TRY IT. And you will also see that an improved body will perform better, too, but there will be more ladies to notice and... well, I think you get the picture!

The hardness of your erections is in correlations to your health. If you have trouble getting erections at that age in your life, it might be because you are not eating healthy and not excercising. I believe your cardiovascular health may need some help.

Besides that, there could be many other reasons not excluding mental. But the one I just mentioned is probably most likely.
When you do get erections, are they as hard as they used to be?

I don't have anything that i can recommend to you. But maybe its because you haven't found the one women that turns you on in a physical way and a mental way. Once you find the right woman that you want to marry maybe she will help you without any supplements or anything.

Do you have you have physical problem? If so, you should check with doctor. If not, it may be psychologically. Have you tried watch XXX movies and have erection? If you do, that means you don't have physical problem. Try to relax when you meet the right lady. Have couple drinks before sex.

Responding to the remark about "being gay," if that was true, you would not have the problem you have now. You would have anothr problem, brown, but let's not get into this here.

The problem is probably caused by the stresses of life. You can help yourself by doing daily aerobic exercises of which will get the endorphins up. There is no natural supplement that works, despite the "smiling bob" commericals on tv that I think are VERY FUNNY!

Here is a list of natural resources that are believed to increase one's potence:

Zinc
Magnesium
(they both increase the production of testosterone)

Oat (believed to promote blood flow to penis)

Ginseng (creates greater energy and vigor)
Gingko Biloba (also healthy for brain tissue)

Limiting your ejaculation will also aid to add stronger erections over time, as well as practicing sports (p.e. bodybuilding), which increases testosterone production, taking sufficient sleep, avoiding alcohol and soy and avoiding stress.
