Simpin- fake pimp, you talk to alot of girls and instead of tell her what she wants to hear, you tell her something dumb and you think that you will get some.
This term has since went mainstream as mention in T- Pain 'U and Dat' song.

"Simpin" was a term long before the Ill community and Spanish Omarion, so you need to check your facts. If you knew anything about old school hip hop then you would know. Nice try.
Simpin is the act of being fake or punk-like.
