A size four is small. Granted, most Hollywood actresses are a zero, but then again, they are way too thin to be called healthy.
At 14, you shouldn't worry about being fat until you are fully grown, another couple of years should do it. Then you can think about getting the body you want.
For now, eat, play, run, jump, do your homework and play your sports. Have fun!

No, a size 4 is never fat. And at 14 you don't need to be worrying about being fat.

no your not it could be that your more develop than some girls you don't have 2 be fat 2 wear a size 4.i have this friend she's 12 and she wears a size 4 so there is nothing wrong with that.

Hon, I think you're fishing for compliments. How could you wear a size 4 and think you're fat? C'mon now -- Get real. You didn't indicate your weight, but I'll bet you have a perfect (thin) figure.

there is so much pressure on young teens, i know. I am 20, and i went through what you are going through. You are definitely not fat. You are perfect. It doesn't matter what you look like to other people, it is how you feel about yourself inside that counts. Love yourself and say FU to everyone else.

no everyone is ''too fat'' god made you the way you are and he thinks your beautiful so you should too. i used to think that about myself. i thought i was ugly and fat . now i dont because of my boyfriend and i pray that one day you will think your beautiful and the perfect size. good luck
