Still they go to school and work here and don't want to live in their wonderful country.

Ask them if they hate America so much why do they live here? I'm sure their wonderful country has jobs and schools too. I also tell them I don't recall inviting you to live here. I don't agree with everything our government says or does but I know it's nowhere near as bad as some of the other places I've seen.

Unfortunately these jerks feel it's much easier to hate on someone else for making something of themeselves and try to drag them down to their own piss poor pathetic level instead of working to improve their own lot in life. They believe everything should just be handed to them on a silver platter.

It's my belief that the American ideal fully supports everyone's right to their own thoughts and beliefs.

It's funny. The people who consider themselves patriots these days are the ones who are saying people should love their country unconditionally and kill anyone who says otherwise. If you want to be a true patriot then you have to be willing to die to protect EVERYONE's right to say WHATEVER they want. Whether they're American or not is an insignificant detail, since the American ideal is really the Human ideal. To be a patriot you have to be willing to tell your government they're wrong.

It may be wiser for you to ask yourself why they feel that way about us. Could it be because our government and corporations have done a fantastic job keeping developing countries in a 3rd-world status for cheap labor and goods? Could it be that we spread propaganda that we don't back up? Could it be that we bomb their homes and schools and then drop barrels of rice?

they can do what they want. We believe in freedom of expression so let them express themselves as long as they aren't hurting anyone or beaking the law. Burning the flag is against the law but not in another country I believe. F**k em

People like that want the cream filling of our country i.e. freedom and convenience without the tasteless government crust. If they hate us so much they need not be here and should go back to their homelands wherever that may be. Likewise, our gov. needs to stay out of everyone else's business.

it makes me sad, but I understand why they are so angry
in many foreign countries, the people are not allowed to criticize their own government, the way we are, or burn their own flag, the way we are, and they are allowed to protest the USA, so they do
it would probably help if the bombs dropped on these people did not say "Made in the USA"

To me, the flag is only a SYMBOL. If someone wants to burn one, let 'em burn it. It's protected(for now) under Free Speech. I just choose to laugh at their idiocies and go on with my day.
