Why dont guys wear black eye liner? Or skinny jeans? it is really attractive in a guy. (Baggy pants stink)

Because of so many ignorant retards giving them endless amounts of grief for it. Eventually, it gets old...look at all the other replies if you have any doubt.

Maybe they need to let their stuff breath. too tight can cause problem to the male genitals. Other than that they could at least where them on there waist so the they look half decent.

well i think most guys that dress like that might be interested in other guys. u might find some straight ones in the village (new york). that's if you are lucky.
