I am getting soooo pale being pregnant. Before I became pregnat, I would regularly tan at tanning salons to maintain a tan because the natural sun just burns my skin. I can't stand being this white! I have heard that self tanners are safe while you're pregnant, but I wasn't sure about mystic tanning since it is virtually impossible not to take at least one breath while you're inside that thing... inhaling the fumes. Would this be harmful for the baby?

I am very fair skinned and so I understand your desire for a nice tan but because you do inhale mystic tan I would say you'd be better to hold off. Besides, fall is coming up and we will be in pants and long sleeves soon. I don't think you are selfish for wanting to tan, I think you are a good mom for trying to find out if it is safe before you do it.

you're completely advantageous tanning on an identical time as pregnant, and the child would be advantageous. I recommend utilising tanning lotion relatively of tanning oil yet the two continues to be advantageous. basically stay hydrated. have exciting!

Which is more important to you....looking tan or keeping your baby safe. It's an important lesson...because that's the kind of thing a mother has to do every day...put the welfare of her child before her own wants.

Mystic tan is probably safer than a tanning bed, but I would ask your healthcare provider. I personally won't risk it.

Even if they tell you it is safe..there are so many things that are thought to be safe and then discovered that they are so harmful
I would better not...
