I think it has to be England or South Korea but Im biased because I am an England fan but first off -
it definitely isnt Brazil - there are too many "hangers-on" and people who dont really care who Brazil playing or if Brazil win, its just all about the glamour.
it definitely isnt Italy - for me they are too fickle - granted they celebrate passionately when they are winning but if they are losing they are the sort of supporters to start booing or leave rather than actually "support"
the Germans got better, louder, albeit more arrogant the longer the 06 World Cup went on but they were good. The Swedes and Dutch are always a good laugh. England have to be mentioned for the sheer numbers of passionate supporters we bring to ANY major tournament and South Korea clearly love it just as much as us, especially the females - theyre always singing, its great.

It is the national sport of both countries. They both have regional playoffs that go to the world cup. Gooooooooooooooal!!!!!

that would be brazil....i've never seen fans as passionate about the game as these guys are. football is like a way of life to them. they party, win or lose, and they proudly wear their flag even on their flip flops, lol.

scotland! they get drunk and party no matter hat the result is and still live it up and sing till hearts are content!!! never gets scots fans down no matter what happens - oh n LOVE the fans in kilts!!!
