Benadryl... it's fast and effective... and I always take something besides Benadryl at night, something with a sleep aid..

You cant really get rid of allergies but, if you go to your doctor and tell them what the problem is they should be able to help you. If you have really bad allergies they might tell you to get the shots instead of taking the pills. I have a lot of problems with my allergies and i told my doctor and they told me i might have to get either the every four year shots or the every ten year shots because, my allergies have been really bad especially around pollen season.

I don't think you can get rid of them - you have to learn to manage them by figuring out what they are and then avoiding them
