I really need somebody to tell me if you know about any apartment ora house for rent or for sale , I need to know, please as long as the price doesn't exceed 1200.

Usually a Realtor would be able to help you negotiate and attain a list. Your question is a little broad but with a little fine tuning I'm sure that we can help you find a place to live. Take into account that your credit will make a difference when applying for an apartment and specially if you're looking to buy a home. $1,200 is a relatively small amount for rent and you'd be hard pressed to find a mortgage payment at that amount unless you're willing to bring in a considerable downpayment.
