I have a few pretty big packages I need to recieve but I don't want to give out my home address.

You might want to check out the services at Mail Boxes Etc. Some businesses will not ship to a PO Box. Mail Boxes Etc. advertises that they can be a shipping address for your packages.

Buy a small post office box if you mostly have small mail coming to you and only a few big boxes, because when they surmise that the package is too big for the P.O.Box then they will put a little slip in your po box letting you know that you have something too big waiting for you back there, you just get in line with your slip and get your package (I am not sure if they will also ask for id thou)

You can get a PO box at your local post office. It usually costs only few bucks.
