Stewie is much more intelligent that chuckie, chuckie is just possessed.
Chuckie is however more successful at killing.
Personally I don't think either would win, I think they would notice the benefit of an alliance with each other and then proceed to kill Lois and take over the world.
A world where chuckie would be able to kill without being able to be stopped.
