I dont understand the question. Your telling me that your boss gets on your nerves but you dont say how. All you say is that he is flirting with you.
If you dont like something that he is doing like lets say he likes to keep his work messy you could say "MY PERSPECTIVE on this job was that we were suppost to be clean. What is your PERSPECTIVE?"

If he is flirting with you, you can go to your human resource department and file a harassment form. If it is in general, quit your job.
