This is very much a health situation TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) can address and very hopefully bring back into complete balance for you.

I see allot about it in passing, but I have never studied it myself to elaborate on it for you any, but I know a good TCM practitioner would very much be able to help, first to calm down your body and then to help with conception.

If I were you I would certainly see a well trained Chinese Medicine practitioner or L.Ac (Acupuncturist) with extended training in herbs as soon as you can. Often times Naturopaths hold training in TCM. Yes a traditional Western M.D. too, but do not stop there (or even start there). TCM practitioners have had a handle on female re-productivity, menopause etc issues for more than 3,000 years and very much know what they are doing.

Try using progesterone cream. Menopause is low progesterone levels due to increased estrogen. In order for you to achieve pregnancy, there has to be a hormonal balance which will promote more regular menstrual cycles which in turn will help with ovulation. The cream is topical and usually applied twice daily. It can be purchased at almost any health food store, Whole Foods, GNC, etc. For more info on natural hormone therapy, check out "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause" by John R. Lee
