this movie is so touching. i wanted to know if it was based on the true 911 story? some people say that there's a camera in every airplane that can never be destroyed and that's how they found out the story. did they find out from the family's? thanks!

yes it is! my mother and my brother were on that plane and everything in that movie was true. even the actors look similar to the real ppl on that plane!

These no camera on the plane. But the story was pieced together from phone calls, black box recordings. Very good movie.

the men and women called their familys and the familys recorded the conversation. I LOVE THIS MOVIE

from what i heard, is that they got tapes from the flight attendants, that are true. i saw i this movie the beggining was kind of slow, but afterwards you cannot take your eyes off of it. but the world trade center movie i think was much better!!
