That is really creepy.Maybe you can contact the site that is letting him on for starters. maybe the website she is on has community guidelines as does yahoo...(then you could contact them)f your girlfriend under 18, you should call the authorities.

What he did was not illegeal, your gf needs to be more safe about information she gives out. The other thing is at any time she can block this person. She can also select to be contact by people who are on her friends list only. I suggest you worry more about your gf and her own ability to stay safe then other people.
