I got over it a few years ago, but there are some people who were affected by it. They are still mourning over it, but I'm not. I just can't still be sad for 5 years.

My view is that somethings make me change my mind when I am going some where especially when I am in the airport and have to get onto the plans. I have to take my shoes off and now I can not take things on the plane with me. I am scared some of the time and I believe that the world could use mor precautions and that is so that when I go out side that I do not have to watch behind my back. I believe that bush's patriot act is crap!!! and I think that it invaids the personal life of people who are minding there own business because the governemt has a notion. As for the war I think that it has gotten out of control and I think that people should conme back but I know that it is not that easy. But I hope that everyone has a safe return and that is how I feel on this anniversary.

I will not forget. Call it holding a grudge if you will but I can't. This country has forgotten 12-7-41. Most people don't even know what happened on that day. I guess I can't forget because I love. If I didn't it wouldn't matter. But I love my country and the liberties and freedoms that I enjoy as a US citizen. To me the hurt is still deep. 3213 people. Mothers Fathers, Sons, Daughters, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Brothers and sisters. How could any one forget?? It's not about bush or anything else it's about our fellow Americans. Human Beings that died because they were American. Not Black Or White. Not Muslim, Christian, or Jew. American!
I will NEVER forget!

Nothing. People need to realize that we need to be united as one not only when something bad happens. Why on certain days do we become proud of our country but the next you act completely different? Don't get me wrong. I am extremely sad about what happened and I feel for all those who lost a loved one. People are just huge hipocrites.

I don't want Bush speaking for me.
It is a big event and should be marked, just not exploited by politicians.
I feel and grieve for those truly involved in such a tragedy.

I'm just worried how far Bush and Republicans will go for another such "vote"- getter before November's election.
