Go to www.ovulex.com. I've heard lots of success stories about these pills. They are natural so don't worry, I'm actually taking them right now, today is exactly one month since I started. I'll keep you posted, I would give it a try if I were you, they're not that expensive and it's worth a try. Good luck.

I tried 2 years w/husband and finally conceived. Then tried another 6 years and nothing! I have ovarian cysts and a tilted uterus...there are alot of things you can do. One major one almost all fertility docs ask for first is 6 to 12 months of temps. This will help you see if you are ovulating. If you are, you will peak and however long your temp stays up will also help determine if the problem is hormonal. It isn't as fine a science as they would like you to believe...but charting your temps is a good place to start. Google fertility charting temps for good sites for charts. Know your body and the signs of ovulation too...get a good fertility book or you can find it and read it ALL on the internet...I would also recommend joining a good support group for fertility problems...hang in there! Also, just because your hubby conceived once DOES NOT say he can again...just a change of job and logistics can effect fertility in men....

You really need to see a gynocologist about this. From there, they can check your fertility and also give you options of ways to increase your fertilization. Also, ovarian cysts can really get in the way of becoming pregnant. Once again, if you see your gynocologist they will be able to teach you different options or put you on special medicine.

there is a precedure that cost near $10000 what they do is they take your ovry out and inject the male's sperm in it...there you go baby ready, and then they put your overy back. all you do is carry the kid for 9 months or less. this is very simple procedure performed by doctors...all you need is money they also have finance programs available for those who cant afford to pay $10000 up front. as you said its been 2 years so why wasting time just collect some down payment and bring the kid home! correct me if i am wrong..........hope this help!
by the way my wife is going thru same situation as you are.

make sure there is plenty of folic acid in your diet, it will help increase your chances of an egg implanting. Have you also considered seeing a fertility doctor? That might help some too. Some other advice is to just stop trying, i know it sounds weird but if you are stressed and worried it may become harder to get pregnant, if you stop worrying about it it just might happen. If all else fails there is always adoption.

You should see an obgyn that specializes in infertility or a perintologist or reproductive endocrinologist. If you have ovarian cysts are you on medication for it? The medication often prescribed is glucophage (metformin) and it can help women with pcos to conceive because it regulates your cycle/ovulation.

At this point you might want to consider seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. They may be able to give you a medication like Clomid to help you ovulate if that is the problem. Or if not, they can do tests to see why you are not conceiving. Infertility is usually diagnosed after 12 months of not being able to conceive.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

At this point, it would be best to go see a fertility expert so they can determine whether or not your past ovarian cysts could be playing a part in you not being able to conceive.
