I'm currently a senior in high school from the East Coast, and Beach Week plans are kicking off. Though a lot of people I know are planning trips to Myrtle, Dewey, or Ocean City, me and my group of girlfriends want to go to Cancun. Does anyone know of any houses or villas for rent that can sleep maybe 10ish people near all of the famous Cancun nightlife that you can recommend? Any other Beach Week planning tips are welcome! Thanks!

Sorry I don't know any villas personally I've only done the all-inclusive resort/air fare combinations.

You are looking for a house or villa in Zona Hotelera (The Hotel Zone)!?! That is where all the night life is, if you were wondering. The whole hotel zone is abut 20 kilometers long. The closet places that you can rent to be right there next to all the nightlife cost at the least $1500 for a little studio or one bedroom a week, now from 2 - 3 bedrooms that will run from $2500 -$4500 a week at times, and since you are planning for June, plan to pay top dollar, because June is part of high season. There are other places on the Hotel Zone that are cheaper, but not too much cheaper and you have to catch the bus to get to where all the night life is but the bus system here is really good and much cheaper than taxi's and plus all the tourist use it here.
Downtown Cancun is alot chepaer, but I would not recommend it for a bunch of Highschool girls traveling on their own. I hope your parent s have good bank accounts to pay for that villa and house. Also think about all inclusive hotels where all your food and drinks are included. They have good prices on orbitz and those websites where you can get a deal with airfare and room. What ever you plan to do you'll have a blast in Cancun, I should know I live here! Good luck with plans and have a blast!

Seriously - stay at a resort - it's not safe to run around the streets of Cancun.
