Fast food or supermarkets. Somewhere were there are lots of other teens working. Places like McDonalds know how to deal with teen workers and it makes for a much better environment to work in. Plus you get to makes lots and lots of new friends and learn skills to use in the adult workplace.

If by "easiest" you mean the quickest place to find employment, I would suggest the fast food industry. Many years ago, I managed a fast food establishment and it was always hard to find enough employees, so often times I was willing to hire anyone willing to work the schedule.

Grocery store cashier is awesome, I did it as a teen. It doesn't make you all greasy and smelly like fast food, yuck, my friends did that and I felt bad for them. It can still be busy and you have to become good with handling cash and people. But they usually start you out as a bagger so you get exposed to it first. And its not so crazy busy like some jobs - you just have your line to deal with, nothing else, you can't be super slow of course but you can develop your own pace and rhythm. And some of the customers are really nice too.

Places like fast food, walmart, generally where they can make a beginning wage and learn the value of getting and keeping a good paying job. No offence but as a former student I worked construction and it was so hard because I was always tired.

be a lifeguard, you do have to take a class, but you get paid nice. I was one for 3 yrs, 2000-2002 and was paid $9/hr. Thats big $ for a teenager.

Well, fast food, but that sucks!! Try volunteering somewhere for a bit, then see if they will hire you. At least you would know whether you wanted to work for them.

1. Find something you love to do.
2. Find somebody who will pay you money for doing that.
If you love animals, then find a job as a pet groomer, or a veterinarian's assistant etc.
If you love good food try to work in a good restaurant.
If you love to shop for clothes try to find customers who will pay you to find clothes for them.
Life is too short to hate your job.
Good luck
