I'm looking for a good place to vacation for a couple. Any ideas.

I live on an island off the south west coast of FL. So something different would be a good change.

OK, you're already surrounded by water on your island, so, my suggestion to you is perhaps an inland vacation to one of the national parks, i.e. Yosemite or Yellowstone.

I went to Playa del Carmen last year and stayed at the Iberostar Tucan resort. I absolutely loved it there! The beaches are great, the food at the all-inclusive hotel was fab and there's something to do for everyone - if you like to shop, just lounge around on the beach, try out some water sports, or all of the above! I had an all around great time!!! Two of my good friends just got married and both of the couples honeymooned in Playa del Carmen! They loved it as well! Hope that helps!
