I have, what I think, is a great idea and I don't want anyone else to take credit so it would be nice if someone had their email and not a disscussion board.

Hi,
They don't disclose their personal email addresses because they would be flooded with emails from fans if they did. One possible way to get around that, though, would be to try to contact Jamie Hyneman at the business he owns, which is called M5 Industries. His email there is:
jamie@m5industries.com
but the one that they suggest you use if it's specifically related to MythBusters is
mythbusters@m5industries.com
I'd try both just to increase your chances of him actually reading your email. Good luck!
