I too would vote for the blank paper, or drawings by the both of you for them to color in, but if you really want some coloring sheets I have found these websites good for this sort of thing.
www.preschoolprintables.com
www.preschoolexpress.com
Both have basic printable outlines for a variety of themes, holidays, etc. Nick Jr. is good, but I often like to get away from the commercial characters when my little ones want something to color.

A couple of sites we use almost on a daily basis are http://www.coloring.ws and http://www.colormountain.com It's fun for the kids. They hop up on our laps and pick which coloring page they want to color. It's interesting to see what they choose. Sometimes surprising. Make crayons and paper available for them at all times of the day.

Why don't you start them with blank paper and some good ideas. Maybe you can ask them if they can draw a picture of their family, or of their pet, of their house, or of their favorite TV character. If you go someplace around the neighborhood and they see something eye catching (like a bright bird or a fire truck) tell them they can make a picture of the scene as if they were a newspaper.
