Nothing dumber than a racist. I like how (for the most part) they're all white trash Klan members who say they're doing what Jesus wants and that they love Jesus.
I would like to point out that Jesus was born in a town called Bethlehem, which is located in the Middle Eastern part of the world, and he was born 2000 years ago. My point being this, how many white dudes do you think were born in the Middle East 2000 years ago? None, most likely, ol' JC was a dark skinned fellow, not a white surfer looking guy with goatee and sandals.

No, It is the way of people, racism is not necessarily from ignorance either, some people just don't want to care one way or the other about some people. What people think is one thing, what they do about is another. My family is both Spanish, and German, I look white my children have brown eyes, black hair, and look more Hispanic than I ever did. But as soon as someone hears my last name, they automatically assume I'm Spanish.

Well, around here it's a pretty safe bet that any Hispanic person is of Mexican decent. But then, I live ten minutes from the Mexican border...
In any event, yes, Racism annoys the hell out of me.

I am annoyed by the racism because we're all the same where it counts. Although about the spanish parson as "Mexican", I understand what you are saying but It's never happened to me as I am not spanish so I can not answer you on that one.

Very annoyed not just by racism but also elitism, sarcasm, narcisism, ineptitude, politicians, the attitude of entitlement, and the general increase in shamelessness and lack of personal responsibility.
Sorry to soapbox, I believe "latino" or "hispanic" are the correct terms fo people of Spanish or central/south American descent.

This will annoy some people but I am terribly upset that we have to learn all different languages here in America to communicate==this is America shouldn't people that want to be Americans learn to speak our language. If we go to other countries we run around with langauge sheets to speak their counties language. I am not saying to lose their culture but I worked in an insurance office and they could not even read the applications to sign so how can they read road signs--I just believe this is unfair. I do not care where you came from and who cares if you are mexican, pueto rican, asian whatever just learn to communicate---I personally believe to become an American citizen learning our language is much more important than knowing our past history. They have their own past--we are supposed to be working for the future.

Yes it is. any form of racism is idiotic. I'm latino and as soon as I say that people assume I'm Mexican I'm not I'm Nicaraguense and Costa Riquena.

Racism has always been with us and will continue to be with us. I wish that I had the answer to make racism go away, but I don't.

I personally say "Hispanic" because I didn't think Spanish was a race. But yes, it is annoying. Black, white, Hispanic, Jewish, Arabian, whatever, we all share the same planet. Can't we all just get along??
