Definitely Red Roan Cows or Red Angus or Jersey with albino.

I'm not sure what the cow is called (or if it really exists for that matter) but the pink cow's alleles are expressing incomplete dominance. If it was a checkered red and white cow it would co-dominance.

Type in "cow breeds" on the computer and you will find your answer. There's a lot of different kinds of cows and I couldn't even try to answer that one for you...sorry.
