Who knows? That's why then have two sizes like 16-18 or 18-20... It's so they can use the smaller one. Also you can add about 20" to get the real size. I work in a uniform business and if a lady wears a size 12, then in mens she wears a 32 or 34. It might be easier to figure from that. Just guessing I would say the one your talking about is pushing 200 lbs... of coarse it depends on how she is built. It could be more.

Completely depends. Sizes are all different I find. People can also weight much differently than what the human eye might suggest. I don't need your explaination, but if you are seeking for health reasons, go with a BMI calculator to find what a person that height and size *should weigh*. If this is for vanity, let that person decide for themselves how big/small they feel good at. Off the top of my head a 5'10" 1-2x person is probably not that large at all since so tall -- perhaps 175 -200 lbs tops.

Honestly, everyone carries weight differently. Some women may weigh very little but because of a lifetime of being overweight have much excess skin that causes them to wear a larger size, also because this woman is very tall she may have issues wearing standard sizes as pants etc may be quite short. Also, sizes vary quite a bit from designer to designer, from store to store, and even from shirt to shirt. One clothing companies idea of a 2x is not the same as another's.

Sorry, you'll just have to get one and have her take it back if it doesn't fit.

It will vary depending on her frame size. If she is very thin/lean(model -like), then she would weigh around 175-225. She could weigh more if she is more muscular (athletic) 180-250. On average, I think she would average from 200-250.

about 200 lbs. I would think but not 100% sure. My sister is 5'6' and wears that size and weighs about 200.
