Once a month, before school.

It has to be a food that kids can eat.

We did Krispy Kremes before, but this year it's out, plus we want to do a healthier choice this year.

Kids often like to buy fresh fruit like apples. Honestly though, I do teach in a high school and I am afraid that selling healthy food will probably not be as successful as if you were to sell doughnuts.
Most kids can have healthy food anytime they want because that is what the parents keep for them. Doughnuts is a big treat because the parents limit that type of thing.

I did however ask my children what they might buy as a fundraiser for breakfast that is at least somewhat healthy. They answered apples or bananas, cereal bars, granola bars and that type of thing.
Good luck!

What about taffy apples? Granola bars? Chocolate or vanilla covered cherries?
