You have to go into your control panel and "add or remove programs". Select that program and delete from your hard drive.

The answers above are good, but there is another way to uninstall a program from the All Programs menu you see after clicking on START. Find the program and hover the mouse pointer over the program you want to uninstall. In some cases, a pull down list of things will appear that included the uninstall option.
It is important that you do not remove all related parts because some of these programs may be required to run other programs or your computer. DO NOT REMOVE THOSE RELATED PROGRAMS OR YOUR COMPUTER MAY NOT START AGAIN !

Probably the "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel. If not, try going to the direct source (C:/yahoo/music engine etc.) and uninstalling it there.

there should be an icon on your desktop. move your cursor to the icon. Right click. then there should be a column of options for you. Go to delete. Then it asks if you really want to delete it. Then at the bottom of the box, there should be a message about uninstalling. it should be highlighted in blue. Click on that. Then a box should appear with all the programs that you have installed in your computer. Find Yahoo! music engine and then click on uninstall.

Always best to install and uninstall through the Control Panel.
cl Start
cl Settings
cl Control Panel
cl Add/Remove
CAREFULLY scroll down until you reach the program you want to remove. click Remove. CAREFUL HERE. Some software will immediately highlight the next program. If you hit "enter" accidentally, it will be history.

Go to the Control Panel (on the Start menu) and hit add and remove programs. Scroll down to the bottom (because of Y for Yahoo!) and hit Change or Remove Program. It should do it for you, but if it doesn't just keep hitting Yes and Next.

Go to "start", Go to "programs & access defaults".
Go to "add remove programs" .
From the list find the item you want and delete it. This will uninstall things on your computer.
But becareful and aware of what you delete! Do not delete something you do not know what it is. Find out first.
Hope this helps.
