Anything is possible! There are exercises to aid in making things tighter. they are very simple, and work! They are called Kegal exercises. I know how to do them, but not sure I can explain how to do them. Look them up on line, or at the library, or ask your doctor. You do not need any fancy, expensive equipment to do this exercise. Just concentration & learned muscle control which is what they teach you. They also aid in much stronger orgasms, and in child birth.

No but you could try do pc muscle excercises! They help! Woman typically will do them after having a baby to get there sh*t back to where it was before.
