hi all video game fans ive brought every single console sony have ever released i feel totally let down by the news that the ps3 has been delayed it seems like here in europe we get everything last and get a grand screw job thrown in

i see what you mean mate-but if you remember there were some "teething problems" with the ps2 before its delayed launch-and where we dissappointed-well i wasn't. the latest talk is of a march launch which if all the hype is to be beleived (apparently it will blow everything else out of the water) then it will be worth waiting for. be patient. and for all those who wish to knock the forthcoming ps3 here are some techs for you-it is anticipated that the ps3 will be 750 times more powerful than the ps2 and 4 times more powerful than the xbox 360-it will also be able to display 16 million colours simultanously during gameplay-the machine will also incorperate the new "blu-ray" high def dvd format and if this is the case the machine should also produce high def images during gameplay. internet access and full wireless control are standard-all this is on top of the usual sony requirements-for £350-worth waiting for methinks!!!.

Ukrocker, Sony don't owe you or anyone else anything. They have the right to release their consoles and games when they want or not at all at whatever price they want. It's up to consumers whether they decide to buy a PS3. Personally, I prefer the range of games on the Xbox 360 and the price of the Wii and, as some people have pointed out, it looks like a George Foreman grill with a Batarang as a controller. I just don't understand why the Playstation continues to be popular with casual gamers as many of its best games are actually very niche.

i can afford to buy all three of the current-gen consoles because i don't buy that many material things but i feel sony has let europe down. sony promised that europe would get the same release as north america and japan but once again europe gets it late. sony need to jack down the price too, by the time it comes out the xbox 360 could be half the price. i thought the ps2 was a lot better than the xbox and the 360 has been a bit of a let down so i'm still looking forward to its release. the wii looks interesting too

the ps3 is all hype, sure its a good console but eveyone of their screen shots for thegraphics have been CG not in-game and its just like the current gen consoles in that you wont be able to tell the two apart besides from the games so id buy the 360 anyway unless your just a die hard sony fan

They do it every time to make sony fans want it more so the demand is bigger an more sales targets are reached as I answer this the sony boss will be sat in his big plush leather seat grinning ear to ear in his armani suit using the Mr Burns (simpsons) line 'Excellent' clasping his hands together

I'm going to buy a PS3 no matter the cost because I'm a loser and the push back just gives me and others like me more time to save and ponder what other outrageously over priced stuff to buy with it to make it even more loserish!

sure the ps3 good and all but why dont u just get an XBOX360 it's
cheper and prabaly better I got 1 and I never felt better.
